1. Using Outlira
Outlira is a software product owned and operated by Toton, trading as Outlira. In these Terms, “Outlira”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to this business.
By using the extension or website, you agree to these terms. Contact hello@outlira.com with questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Outlira adds organization, search and prompt tools to supported AI websites. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI. An Outlira subscription does not include access to a paid plan on any AI platform.
2. Accounts and your workspace
You are responsible for securing your account and browser profile, providing accurate account information, and using only information you are entitled to access. Do not share authentication tokens, use another person’s account without permission, or bypass access controls.
Many local tools work without an Outlira account. Past-chat context mentions, subscription management and optional cloud sync require sign-in. Signing out does not remove locally stored information. Local data is associated with your browser profile and may be visible to other people using that profile.
3. Free and Pro
Features and limits are described on our pricing page. Pro access is associated with the signed-in Outlira account and a verified paid access period. Free limits apply when Pro access ends; existing local data is kept, although some items or actions may become inactive.
“Unlimited” means no package count limit for the stated feature. Browser storage, device resources, provider rate limits and technical safeguards still apply. Cloud sync covers workspace organization and templates, not indexed chat transcripts.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle as merchant of record. The billing interval, currency, price, applicable taxes and total are shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Manage subscriptions through Billing or the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to payment transactions. See our Refunds & cancellation policy for cancellation and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Your content and AI actions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. Outlira processes content to perform the functions you request, including optional workspace sync. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to store, reuse or send that content.
Prompt chains automatically submit each step after the previous response finishes. Past-chat mentions can send saved context to the selected AI, including to another AI with Pro. Review prompts and context before running them. These actions can consume platform usage or credits and are subject to the AI provider’s own limits and terms.
Bulk archive and delete actions can change conversations on the selected platform. Check your selection and keep copies before deleting information you need.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Outlira to access data without authorization, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, interfere with services, evade account or payment restrictions, or violate applicable law or the terms of the AI platforms you use. We may restrict account-backed services where necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
7. Availability and changes
Outlira depends on your browser and third-party websites. Platform changes, network issues and rate limits can affect indexing, synchronization and automation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
Keep exports of important information. Local storage is not a guaranteed backup, and cloud workspace sync does not back up chat transcripts. Features and these terms may change; review the revision date and current plan information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Ending use and contacting us
You can stop using Outlira or uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling the extension or signing out does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel through Billing or Paddle before the next renewal.
Account deletion in Account → Profile & security initiates cancellation and deletion of linked account data. Local information and your AI-platform accounts remain separate. For help, visit Contact or email hello@outlira.com.
