Email hello@outlira.com with the AI platform, browser and Outlira version you are using, what you expected, and what happened.
A screenshot with personal information removed can help. Please do not send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, payment card details or private chat transcripts.
Payments and subscriptions
Open Billing to manage your subscription, or use the management link in your Paddle receipt. For a payment or refund request, visit Paddle Buyer Support.
If you contact Outlira about a payment, include your account email and transaction reference, if available. See our Refunds & cancellation policy for details.
Privacy and account requests
For access, correction, deletion or other questions about your information, email hello@outlira.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting.
Account deletion is available in Account → Profile & security. Read the Privacy Policy to understand local storage, optional cloud sync and account deletion.
A quick start
- Install Outlira in Chrome and sign in separately to the AI platforms you use.
- Use Sync all chats to index accessible conversations locally, or let automatic indexing save opened chats.
- Create a folder, save a prompt, and search your indexed conversations.
- Type ;p for prompts, ;c for chains, or ;h for past-chat context. Context mentions require an Outlira account.
- Open All tools, or press ⌘ / Ctrl + K, to find Outlira tools.
